Abstract

The present article analyses the problem of lawful politics by the state. The author reviews the genesis and interaction between political and legal norms. The article also rises a problem of political and legal consciousness. The core part of the research is dedicated to the interaction and interconnection of the state politics with the law. The author comes to the conclusion on the necessity of execution of lawful politics in the state as a guarantee of justice and intercession, the politics based exclusively on law.
