The article "Illegal Immigration: A Sociological Analysis" examines the sociological aspects of illegal immigration, using the European Union countries, particularly Germany, as a case study. The author analyzes the causes and consequences of illegal immigration and identifies key social issues arising from this phenomenon. The main focus is on the territorial and cultural orientation of individuals, as well as the psychological division into "us" and "them" groups, which can provoke social and political instability. The article employs methods of systemic analysis, historical, and sociological approaches. The author notes that illegal immigration is significantly increasing, especially in the context of recent events in the Middle East and North Africa, and highlights the challenges faced by EU countries in combating this phenomenon.

Illegal, clandestine emigration has more negative aspects. However, in recent years, it has been rapidly increasing in the European Union, with effective methods of combating it still being studied, and the EU's political elite only beginning to grasp the severity of the problem.
