This paper is presented current state of the higher professional technical education and the need to modernize its content, which characterized by economic globalization of the Greater Eurasian continent’s countries in the resurgent multipolar world order for ensuring a stable and prosperous world order.  The integration process’s  development, strengthening of mutual trust and good neighborly relations between the  Greater Eurasian continent’s  countries-participants require updating of fundamental content of the professional technical higher education which  are proposed to revive the specialist level, which will be provided qualified training with an appropriated applied discipline’s knowledge and aimed at practice-oriented tasks for the development of high-tech industries in which bachelor's and master's programs in international knowledge must ensure the fundamental nature of the specialty and reflect the deepening of its professional content on which bachelor's and master's degrees in international knowledge in sum must ensure the fundamental nature of the specialty and reflect the deepening of the professional content.   Internationalization of the higher professional education,  science and relevant technology’s development become international cooperation’s principle of their development in which interaction of the professional technical education is an adaptation’s instrument of the scientific and educational space and represents  an higher professional development that allows adapting intercultural features, political and economic differences of the Greater Eurasian continent and provides unique opportunities for the overall resource’s use.  Concept of comprehensive partnership is the main characteristic of the implementation of international cooperation in education, science and provides unique opportunities for redistribution of resources among the interaction’s participants of the Greater Eurasian continent and will allow to use the potential of each partner countries, which is an integrated system of horizontal and vertical links providing access to quality higher professional education for students of different categories.
