Abstract.

At present, in conditions of high development of China, China's foreign cultural policy is formed and implemented based on establishing a long-term strategy, which sets itself the definition of the order of tasks in space and time, selectivity in the choice of methods, means, forms, resources, and concentration of efforts. The cultural policy of China is a well-balanced and multifaceted complex phenomenon. A number of factors influences it, and its implementation requires the allocation of a special strategy, which together depend on priorities.
