The article examines the theoretical aspects of the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the state youth policy in the region. The authors noted that at this stage of the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, youth issues and the implementation of youth policy are one of the priorities of the society. The complexity and dynamism, constant mobility and variability of the structure of the younger generation, the search for systemic approaches to solving problems and improving the quality of life of the younger generation, the search for systemic approaches to solving problems of improving the quality of life of youth and the development of society determines the relevance of the topic. The current viability and future of the country depend on how the problems of youth are solved. The youth problem is receiving increasing attention from both the State and society. Socio-political and socio-economic transformations objectively dictate the need for the direct involvement of young people in these processes. The main task of the state should be to create favorable conditions for the use of youth energy in the life of the country and mechanisms for its support, social initiatives, and assistance to young people in identifying and realizing their interests, needs, and life prospects through a well-thought-out policy.
For this reason, the article is mainly focused on strengthening the youth factor in all spheres of life of Kazakh society. The authors conclude that youth policy, being an integral part of the internal policy of the state, requires a clear understanding of current trends in the context of interaction between state institutions and society as a whole.
