The information society is a being that provides opportunities for the economic and social development of all citizens of the country, which are becoming more and more every day. Information becomes accessible and operational, it quickly affects people, makes them strive for the lifestyle of developed countries, but the negative effect is that Kazakhstan's information, audiovisual, telecommunications, and computer market is filled with low-quality foreign products. The global information society is being formed individually, and in different countries this trend proceeds with different intensity and specificity, the transition to the information society is a common trend for developed and developing countries. Each country follows its own path towards the information society due to historical, political, socio-economic and cultural conditions. The analysis of various programs and concepts makes it possible to identify the characteristic features of the transition to the information society. This is the use of an integrated approach based on maintaining a balance of interests of the state, society, the business sector, and the individual to develop concepts for the transition to an information society, that the economy of the information society is an economy based on information and knowledge, that the information society is a society of continuing education, and the concept of the information society has a humanistic orientation. Formation of the information society under the influence of a new generation of information and communication technologies historically, socially- Cultural and intensive economic development is accompanied by the globalization of markets and increased competition.
