The protection of human rights, including the rights of entrepreneurs in our country, is very important. This is due to the fact that, in accordance with the Constitution of the country, the Republic of Kazakhstan affirms itself as a democratic, secular, legal and social state, the highest values of which are a person, his life, rights and freedoms.

For our state in connection with the transition to a market economy, one of the priority areas has become not only the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the citizen, but also the rights of entrepreneurs.
