Abstract

This essay discusses the political aspects of the development of the Chinese navy , and release of its submarine fleet into the global oceans , which have not yet been sufficiently studied in socio-political science.

This article discusses in detail the problems encountered in achieving the goals set for the development of the Chinese navy.
