According to the first approach, the «diaspora» is interpreted in a broad sense and includes the entire part of an ethnic group living in the world or a certain region outside its state or national-territorial structure. If objective support and reproduction of the diaspora is achieved by a complex interaction of social institutions and organizations, such as education, cultural, religious, political organizations and associations, then subjective is what unites, preserves ethnic community and prevents its dissolution in a foreign environment, national idea, historical memory, religious views.
