Abstract

In this article, the focus is on the involvement of public workers in mediating and resolving family disputes. The article places special emphasis on a prevalent societal concern – conflicts within the contemporary family setting. Furthermore, the article evaluates the significance of this subject within the field of sociology. The process of composing this research article entailed an exploration of the works of scholars both from the local and international domains. A comparative analysis of various datasets and research findings was conducted, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The article brings to light the roles and activities of public workers within the context of modern society. It underscores their contributions to societal advancement and their significance in the process of conflict resolution. The analysis reveals that social workers exert influence not only in socio-political dimensions, but also extend their impact to psychological aspects of society. The examination of this subject matter deepens our understanding of the multifaceted role of a social worker across all facets of societal existence.
